Sailing the 7 C's

Our school theme this year is "Sailing the 7 C's." During the month of March, we will focus on Confidence. We will be learning all about how to be proud of ourselves without bragging or putting others down. We will be learning how to trust ourselves more and more and how to be confident in our choices.

Tuesday Folders

Your child will bring home a folder every Tuesday. This folder will contain weekly graded tests/papers, special information papers, and notes from the office. Please look at all papers, your child's conduct card (in agenda), and then sign the form on the right.

AR Program

At the beginning of the year, students will take the STAR reading test. This is a computerized test that will determine the reading level of a student. A detailed report will be sent home in the next week. We encourage your child to read books within their ZPD range.
